Can I fall in love when I'm ten years old?

This this guy in my class. I can't sop thinking about him and I adore him. Every time he walks past or talks to me or when I think about him, I always get butterflies. I just want to hug him all day and tell him I love him. I know it sounds really ridiculous. I have loved him for 6 years now since the first day I met him at school. I am ten but I really do think I am in love with him, please help me! I won't really believe you if you tell me I don't know.
