Do you think she's wearing makeup?!?

No doubt. A good makeup artist can make it so that it seems like the person isn't wearing makeup at all even if they have on like 15 products. Plus she is a model so makeup is pretty much required. I can definitely see some mascara, blush, eyebrow pencil/powder, and some lip product. She is most likely wearing a glowy foundation, and maybe some powder, concealer, tightlining on her upper waterline, highlight in inner corners of eyes, and bronzer.
