How do i deleted apps that i downloaded from appbrain off my phone?

I have the Motorola Defy and i downloaded appbrain... why i don't know..... but i did. and now appbrain is gone. i don't know where it went.... but now i want to delete the apps that i have on my phone off of my phone...... how?
