How do I get my hair like this pleasee help!?

Well take a comb and get your hair in the comb. Your hair should be in circle motion with the comb and you kinda swirl your hair in the comb, kinda like swirling spegeti in your fork. bring the comb all the way up from the TOP of your head into the air and your hair should fall into shape it will take practice to get it right.
