Why do atheist blame God for whats happening in the world today?

I've been thinking about this a lot.Recently i read a question that said is it fair that God destroys people for not believing in him? at that time i couldn't think of a good answer but the question stayed on my til i figured it out. this is not a test from God or punishment from him. this is the consequence of letting scientist get out of hand trying to disprove the existence of God.think about it the science and scientist that atheist put so much faith in had to prove they're point so much that sent ships into space that punched holes in in our ozone layer. now the rays have melted ice caps and caused floods and tsunamis and that made things shift and caused things like massive earthquakes and all the heat has produced deadly tornadoes and hurricanes. and why because instead of just excepting the fact that we are only human and can only comprehend so much scientist had to defy the laws of nature by trying to explore something that know man will probably ever fully comprehend even if he had a thousand lifetimes.
