Hey guys! Its almost beach season and i would like to drop 10lbs ans gain some lean muscle on the way. I'm 5'9 135lbs. I wear a size 2 or 4. My stomache is flat but id like it to be toned and get a 6pack. I just want to tone up, and have a body similar to Miranda Kerrs. Any tips on dropping 10, and getting toned fast?
