Why does the Democratic Party act like Hispanic American citizens like illegal immigration?

That talking point has always baffled me. According to them I must love seeing people come over illegally and defy our nation's laws. Wouldn't the ones that like illegal immigration be the ones that can't vote since they are here illegally?
